Your Event Dietary Dos and Dont's. How to Keep Your Attendee's Engaged and Energized

Don’eat breakfast cereals that change the color of the milk

Avoid food products that contain high-fructose corn syrup

Avoid food products that have some form of sugar (or sweetener listed among) the top three ingredients

Avoid food products that have more than 5 ingredients

Don’t ingest foods made in places where everyone is required to wear a surgical cap 

If it came from a plant, eat it; if it was made in a plant, don’t.

It’s not food if it arrived through the window of your car

Eat Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like  pauper

Eat more like the French. Or the Japanese. Or the Italians. Or the Greeks!

Limit your snacks to unprocessed plant foods you'll build more energy!
Ingo presented a two-day journey that helped the participants discover a pathway to well-being; it covered everything from 
discovering healthier habits to touring the grocery store and learning about nutritional  labels.  Almost all of the attendees commented that they would have enjoyed staying longer and learning even more about wellbeing – and that’s a first.
